“Zabby, did you know that my phone rang?” I tapped Zabby. She shifted her headset and looked at me. She was currently editing her video for YouTube and I just entered the room after taking a shower. “Did you hear my phone ring?” I asked for a second time and this time it sounded dumb […]

It’d been a week since I returned from Lagos and I missed Tochi even more than before. I miss you, baby. I sent him. I just returned from my PPA and all the work I missed for a week had piled up, so it’d been a busy week for me. My phone beeped and I

“Tochi, how’s work and your PPA?” I knew he was a ghost Corper, but that was it. I didn’t know anything else, not his exhibitions, his clients…nothing. “Those ones are there jare. Men are hustling.” Here we go. I chuckled and replied, “Women are hustling too…” “Well, it’s not a competition, you were the one

Thankfully, Tochi’s room was ensuite. After he left, I got up and did my business. I did not want the food to get cold before eating it, so I rushed through everything and settled to eat. The fish was hitting in all the right spots. Then my phone beeped. Will be back soon, let me

It’d been two months since I started service. Tochi and I still hadn’t seen each other. Our convocation was two weeks ago, but he could not make it, he claimed that the distance from Lagos to Lafia was too long for him to attend. I was going to attend our convocation, but if I was

I couldn’t send Tochi a birthday gift since he was unreachable at the camp, so I texted Zabby. Need to get Tochi a birthday gift, come with me. I saw that she was typing, so I sent a message: No excuse! Urgh, Angela. I knew she wouldn’t want to follow me, she hadn’t tried to

I had been home for a month and got bored after two weeks so I started following my dad to work every day. It made me remember my internship period, I was almost always on the phone with Joe whenever I was at my dad’s. I had been seeing his status update but we were

Tochi and I had seen every day after the last issue we had. Our good times were really good. Every relationship had its issues and I was sure this was just one of the issues. Cheating was definitely a deal breaker for me but Tochi wasn’t cheating. I was not proud to say that I’d
